How are doses decided?

We look at peer-reviewed research, then set the dose for each supplement in order to maximise the chances of replicating the results observed in those studies.

How fast will I feel changes?

Most people see early changes in a few weeks. Bigger shifts in sleep, recovery, and performance metrics usually build over 1–3 months.

Can I personalize my pack?

Anytime. Add or remove supplements and your protocol recalibrates.

Leftover sachets—what happens?

Update the count in your account; billing auto-shifts to when 5 sachets remain.

Do I need a wearable?

No. Weekly check-ins are already useful for context; a wearable makes your protocol updates smarter.

Where can I see orders and tracking?

Your account dashboard on our website shows history, invoices, and tracking.

When should I take my supplements?

Consistency matters more than timing. Take most with a meal.

  • Fat-soluble (Omega-3, Vitamin D, CoQ10): with a meal that includes some fat.
  • Magnesium: any time; many prefer evening for relaxation.
  • Iron: best on an empty stomach or with vitamin-C–rich food; avoid taking with calcium, coffee or tea.
  • Probiotics: with or right after meals.

Yes. Metric trends are visualized next to your protocol updates so you can link inputs → outcomes.

No device, how does it work?

Log sleep, energy, workouts, and recovery manually; your protocol still adapts.

How do I access the app?

Use your registered email. Access is enabled with your first box.

Where do I manage my subscription?

In-app or on web. Pause, cancel, swap items, or move your next ship date.

How do I update address or payment?

Go to Account → Subscription to edit shipping and payment details, from the website or the app.
