How fast will I feel changes?

Weeks for lighter effects; deeper sleep/endurance shifts build over 1–3 months.

Can I personalize my pack?

Leftover sachets—what happens?

Update the count in your account; billing auto-shifts to when ~5 remain.

Do I need a wearable?

When should I take my supplements?

Consistency matters more than timing. Take most with a meal.

  • Fat-soluble (Omega-3, Vitamin D, CoQ10): with a meal that includes some fat.
  • Magnesium: any time; many prefer evening for relaxation.
  • Iron: best on an empty stomach or with vitamin-C–rich food; avoid taking with calcium, coffee or tea.
  • Probiotics: with or right after meals.
